* All rates are in USD and are based on 2 people per bedroom.
* Minimum Stay: 4 night minimum stay required.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM  Sorry, no exceptions as we must have time to clean and inspect all properties for arriving guests. Please leave all keys inside the property you have rented upon your departure. A fee will be charged for any keys not returned.

Cleaning:  Daily Cleaning Monday thru Saturday 11am – 2pm.

Our Property Manager can help with most everything from Golf cart rentals, pre-stocking food and beverages, arranging a boat for Whale Sharks, snorkeling, fishing, private chefs and much more.

Bed Linens, Bath and Kichen Towels:

We provide a normal amount of Toilet Paper and Paper Towels based on your number of reservation days. Basic cleaning supplies (Garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap). We do not supply laundry detergent. All kitchens are adequately stocked for everyday meal preparation.

There is a Guest Book in each loft with area information, maps, restaurant and shopping guides, Venue seating charts and much more.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations more than 45 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid will be retained.

*Dogs only permitted with prior consent from Owner. Additional fees apply. 

CANCELLATIONS less than 45 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates for the full rental amount unless unit can be re-booked at an equal rate. If we are not successful in re-booking at full rate or an equal rate, then the fee retained will be 50% of the total rent.

CANCELLATIONS less than 14 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates for the full rental amount unless unit can be re-booked at an equal rate. If we are not successful in re-booking at full rate or an equal rate then there will be no refund. All monies paid will be retained by Owner.

CANCELLATIONS for holidays: No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the first day of booking. All monies will be retained by Owner. 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates at an equal rate. Cancellations received prior to that time will be subject to the 10% of the rental deposit monies paid cancellation fee.

No Shows: Forfeit all monies paid. No refunds are given for shortened stays. In order to avoid these fees, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.

CHANGING/TRANSFERRING RESERVATIONS: Any change or transfer of a confirmed reservation within the same property is subject to a $75.00 Change/Transfer fee & property owner approval. Changes from one property to another are subject to our cancellation terms & conditions.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:  Reservations are not guaranteed until guest returns to Owner prior thereto: Agreement to rental terms and advanced payment of 50% of total rental is required at time of booking unless it is less than 30 days away from arrival in which case full payment is due at time of booking. We have a “flexible price” policy which means this quote is time sensitive and our prices ma change according to our availability and demand. Final balance payment required 30 days prior to arrival.

SMOKING:  All Lofts and public spaces within the building are 100% non-smoking.

GUESTS MUST BE 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and register booking. ASSIGNMENT-You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

CLEANING:  Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour.
