* All rates are in USD and are based on 2 people per bedroom.
* Minimum Stay:
* 1 night stays:
Sunday – Thursday (Cleaning fee not included for stays of less than 2 nights in 3 plus bedroom lofts)
* 2 night minimum:
Weekend nights. 1 night stay exception if only 1 weekend night is available, or last minute.
* 3 night minimum:
Holiday weekends or various special events i.e. Labor Day, Memorial Day, MLK, Southern Women’s Show, SEC
* 5 night minimum:
CMA Music Fest
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Upon check-in you will be given codes to enter the lofts and building, a key for the elevator.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM CST. Sorry, no exceptions as we must have time to clean and inspect all properties for arriving guests. Please leave all keys and passes inside of the Loft you have rented upon your departure. A fee will be charged for any keys or passes not returned. Please see check-out list inside of the “Guest” Book located in each loft.

CHANGING/TRANSFERRING RERSERVATIONS: Any change or transfer of a confirmed reservation within the same property is subject to a $75.00 Change/Transfer fee & property owner approval. Changes from one property to another are subject to our cancellation terms & conditions.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Reservations are not guaranteed until guest returns to Owner prior thereto: Agreement to rental terms and advanced payment of 50% of total rental is required at time of booking unless it is less than 30 days away from arrival in which case full payment is due at time of booking. We have a “flexible price” policy which means this quote is time sensitive and our prices ma change according to our availability and demand. Final balance payment required 30 days prior to arrival (CMA Fest payment s due in full 90 days prior).
SMOKING: All Lofts and public spaces within the building are 100% non-smoking.
GUESTS MUST BE 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and register into a Loft. ASSIGNMENT-You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
CLEANING: Cleaning Fees: All two bedroom lofts are $100 plus taxes. Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour.
